”Near the beatch, which was nice. Overall quite nice and clean. Soundproof was nonexistent. You could here everything from the room next door. You could also see straight to the another terace. Furniture at the terace was quite old and uncomfortable. The restaurant of the hotel was really full of people. They forgot to inform us, that the table need to be reserved well beforehand every time. There are not a lot of another services near the hotel.”

”The listing shows beach access, but it's not... you have to walk 500 meters. We went out at night and the gate was closed. Miraculously, another guest explained how to open it. In the morning, I was woken up because my car was blocking another guest's exit, and it wasn't even my car.”

”Gute Lage des Hotels. Wegen dem abgelegenen Standort sollte man ein Fahrzeug mieten, da der Transfer vom Flughafen sehr teuer ist. Den Hotelinhabern empfehle ich, einen Automaten für Trinkwasser aufzustellen,der jederzeit zur Verfügung steht.Der nächste Ort ist mehrere km entfernt. Sonst waren wir sehr zufrieden.”

”The hotel was clean and well maintained. The grounds were beautiful and kept in prestige conditions. In relation to the food served, it was excellent, fresh and a joy to consume. Saying this, it would have been nice to have been able to order single dishes in the evening as what is provided is a four course meal which is sometimes just too much. A local free bus to San Teodoro 4 times a day is provided however there is literally no taxi service unless you are willing to pay 55EUR for 4km...

”Staff was professional and some of them could speak fluent english. Their appearance and behavior was at 4 star level, but the hotel itself was not. I stayed at self catered room which was spacious but at highest maybe 2 stars. Room was dark and not decorated at all. Just a lackluster black leather sofa and second-hand lookalike wooden kitchen table in the living room-kitchen -area. Also my "terrace" was just a plastic chair and table and the view was grass and parking area. I did not feel like...

”A beautiful, spacious, and very well-maintained hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are large, comfortable, and spotless. The breakfast was excellent, and both the beach and pool areas were beautiful and relaxing. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The only area that could use some improvement is the gym, but overall we had a fantastic stay and would happily return.”

”Bel campeggio attrezzato e confortevole. Lo staff è molto cordiale e si respira un clima rilassato e allegro. Il servizio di pensione completa è molto comodo e il ristorante offre buoni piatti. Ci sono alcune piccole spiagge rocciose a disposizione del campeggio, che magari non sono particolarmente adatte a chi ama la sabbia, ma possono comunque regalare una bella pausa in relax. ”For a 4-star hotel, many things were not as they should be: the food (both breakfast and dinner) in particular. While the pool was great as was the beach (although too crowded), the spa did not live up to expectations: the use of the pools was not included in treatment prices and the pools were not “different temperatures”, as said in the website. One should also note that the conditions (cancellation policy during covid and the 10 o’clock checkout time) were very inflexible. ”
