  • Huvila on luonnon ympäröimä, Diecimaren luonnonpuistoon luonteenomaista kasvistoa ja eläimistöä ympäröi.
    Se on ihanteellinen paikka rentoutua ja irtautua kaupungin kaaoksesta kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.
    Rakenteessa on 2 - 8 sänkyä, jotka on suunniteltu niin, etteivät "varasta" tilaa mukavien parivuodesohvien ja 2 kylpyhuoneen käytön ansiosta.
    Ulkopuolen suhteen elää koko maailma, alkaen uima-altaasta, pukuhuoneesta, jossa on myös suihkut, wc ja jääkaappi, jatkaen vain lasten ajeluihin tarkoitetulla tilalla, jossa he voivat kokonaan leikkiä vapautta.
    Rakenne on varustettu kaapeli-tv- ja wifi-yhteydellä.

Little piece of paradise

The property was excellent to enjoy together. There are 3 cats on the property that came to visit daily. The pool and deck area was everything we had hoped for! The only improvement could be some air conditioning to deal with the hot Italian summers

Family Trip from Canada

The host is awesome! Communication from the day we booked until the day we departed was excellent. We stayed here for two weeks. The property is large enough that allows everyone the ability to have their own space or gather around the pools. There are two pools essentially and it is a great wind down area after a day of sightseeing. The four bedrooms allows everyone the privacy they want. I would stay at this property again!

A true oasis

When we found this villa on Vrbo, it was described as an oasis at the gateway to the Amalfi Coast and on driving through the gates we found this to be totally true. The views from the house, pool and gardens were absolutely breathtaking and many evenings we sat on the terrace transfixed by the sunset, not moving until it was properly dark. The house itself is nicely decorated and very spacious. Perfect for our family of 4 although a family of 6 or 7 would have also been very comfortable. Our host Ilaria was very warm and friendly, doing all that she could to ensure we made the best of our holiday. She met us in the town on our arrival to show us the way up into the hills where the house is located and was constantly available with any questions we had and suggestions for places to visit or eat. The location was so convenient to take advantage of the Amalfi Coast and beyond by either boat from nearby Salerno or car, and the archeological sites of Pompeii and Paestum were also very accessible. It was very hard though to tear ourselves away from the pool, beautiful gardens and breathtaking views.

Everything a holiday HOME should be

The house is amazing. Large bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The bathrooms are large, modern, with great showers and - again - plenty of space for everyone to store their bits and bobs. The gallery offers plenty of comfortable opportunities for lounging inside together but is spacious enough so not to feel cramped. The large open plan kitchen/dining room/ living room is another versatile space that is well laid out and furnished. The itchen offers everything you could want, whether you just want to make breakfast and a salad, or cook more substantial meals.The grounds are stunning. Bursting with flowers that fill the air with heady scents there are four separate areas for sitting/lounging outside. The pool is a saltwater pool which is great because it eliminates the dreaded chlorine smell. The shower by the pool actually has good water pressure and if you need a heated shower, the pool/utility/changing room offers that.The house and Cava de' Tirreni in general are an amazing base for exploring Naples, Salerno, the Amalfi Coast and the archeological wonders of Pompeii, Hercolaneo, Paestum and many more. Cava itself offered everything we ever wanted and was a welcoming and vibrant city without being as overbearing as Naples.But the thing that really set this property apart and made it a holiday HOME is the host, Ilaria. She helped us in so many ways, always there to assist without ever being intrusive. The best host we have had in all our travels.

This property should never be offered during winter months and beware of misleading claims by host

We rented Ilaria property for a total of 16 nights beginning Feb 7, 2023. Immediately when we arrived we asked if the house is heated as advertised. She said only the bedrooms and it would cost $4.50 per hour and what times would we like it on. The main kitchen and living area of over 600 sq. ft. had a fireplace but she told us it could not be ran because the house did not have smoke and co2 detectors. She brought over a space heater which did nothing. She advertised 3 bedrooms and a week before we were to check in she said one of the bedrooms had "leaks" and could not be used. The property advertised onsuite bathrooms. It does not, in fact, 1 of the 2 bathrooms is on a second floor where no other living space exist. After 4 nights of freezing temperatures we decided we could take it no longer and checked out. She would not cancel the balance of our reservation and is attempting to charge us for time we could not stay. Be very careful on renting this property if you expect what you read on the listing to be accurate. If you read the previous reviews you'll see where months ago someone complained about mildew in a bedroom and yet she was still renting the unit to us as a 3 bedroom when only 2 were useable, if your ok living in a house where mold and mildew are behind a bedroom door. Her parting shot was as we were checking out she handed us our garbage bag and told us that we had to take our garbage with us and deposit in a city waste can. Very disappointed, A. Stewart

Séjour dans un endroit idyllique !

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans cette jolie maison qui bénéficie d'une vue spectaculaire et d'une situation ensoleillée et très pratique pour visiter les alentours (45 minutes de Naples, 20 minutes de Pompei, proche de la côte, etc...). La région est magnifique et on avait plaisir à retrouver la maison, la belle piscine et les adorables chats ! Illaria, la propriétaire, nous a accueilli avec un grand sourire, toujours disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions, nous faire des suggestions de visites et de bons restaurants. Une hôte des plus prévenante qu'il soit ! Bref, tout pour passer un super séjour dans ce si bel endroit.

Marvellous place

Great clean and complete equipped house, with marvellous views on Cava de Tirreni (where you can find everything) and surrounding mountains. Very well positioned between Salerno and Amalfi Coast and Pompei and Napoli. Cava is town with nice restaurants and supermarket is 3 min drive. And host Illaria is so nice and cooperative. She responds within minutes and gives great tips and advice. Surely we come back!!!

Nous venons de séjourner une semaine à Cava di Tirreni, outre l'emplacement idéal de la villa, la ville est très agréable pour se balader, nous y trouvons toutes les commodités nécessaires, les restaurants sont accueillants, la cuisine savoureuse, Notre hôte fut exceptionnelle, discrète, à l'écoute de nos besoins et envie, très réactive, Ilaria est vraiment une très belle personne, nous recommandons vivement cet endroit magnifique

Amazing place with extraordinary service! Illaria is kind, helpful, cool and nice person! Always on time, always at our disposal, walking extra mile to make us feel at home and served as friends and not customers. The villa itself is greatly equipped, extremely clean and comfortable. As of the location you can feel restful or if you want to party- there is no neighbors you can embarrass. We had incredible girls holiday and already dream about coming back, probably in the summer as we were not so lucky with the weather and didnt enjoy the swimming pool. Highly recommended!

Beautiful place for families to enjoy Italy. Amazing view and a good place to relax with the family.

We are a family of four, mom and dad, grandmother and grandfather and a little 5 month old baby. We come frome Iceland an we were in Itlay on vacation. We had already spent a week in Rome when we came to Cava de Tirreni. We had loved it there but we were a bit tired so Ilaria’s villa was excactly ehat we needed. When we arrived Ilaria and her mother waited for us in the town and showed us the way up to the house, they were both so nice and helpful. Before we came we had asked them if they could have a baby cot at the house for the baby and that was no problem, just like everything with them, they were so helpful and welcoming. Everything was so beautiful and clean, both the house and the garden! The garden was so neat and well taken care of and also so big that you could really enjoy yourself there. The view from the house was AMAZING. They have a wounderful place to cook outside and we really loved cooking and earing there. Even tough we were there during off-season the house was warm and nice.There is nothing that we could complain about, we would definetly recomend this villa for anyone looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy.

Fantastic Property

Really well presented villa with great grounds, views and pool. Stayed here for two weeks in August with my wife and son. Nice and quiet area near some great locations - Cava de Tirreni well worth a visit for it’s covered streets and restaurants. Villa was nice and cool despite the summer heat. Great outside cooking area with BBQ and pizza oven. Very private with gated entrance. Quite hard to find so definitely meet the owner before hand in the local town and follow her on the drive up. Would highly recommend.

Schitterende villa en uitstekende ligging. Perfect!!

We huurden deze villa in de tweede week van augustus 2018. De villa heeft een schitterend ligging en is perfect onderhouden. De eigenaar ilaria is erg vriendelijk en bij elke vraag direct bereikbaar. U kan hier alleen maar erg tevreden zijn en ten volle van uw vakantie genieten.echte aanrader!

Lovely, light spacious villa

We stayed for a week and could happily have stayed for two. House is cool and light with lots of space and there are big paved, garden and seating areas. Great views across valley to mountains opposite. Easy access to local town and via autostrada by bus or car to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples and Salerno. A track behind leads further up the mountain. Host and her family couldn't have been kinder or more helpful. Be aware that the slopes are steep up to the house and your satnav can send you up the worse of two routes. Best to follow the frequent signs to Agriturismo Selva from the autostrada. This is 100m before the turning to the villa.

A very nice house but badly equipped for out of season stay

We rented this house in October 2017. A stay with variable weather conditions and temperature. This house is very nice, however as we see it, it is not equipped for renting outside the summer season. The electricity was cut and we lost hot water and heating for several long periods during our stay and the Internet was not working. We had no mobile connection and it was smelling gas inside the house. The landlord was very friendly at the beginning, but unfortunately became unfriendly when the problems with the house had to be fixed.

Stunning, beautiful, secluded.

We had a fabulous stay at this villa. The villa was difficult to find at first even with Google maps (up a dirt track with a red security gate past other properties and then through another electronic green gate so very safe) to find but once we had sorted that it was well tucked away and very secluded and private. We were not overlooked at all and the children could explore the grounds in safety. The villa is well equipped and Ilana looked after us very well. I couldn't find a kettle and sent Ilana a text to ask where it may be - the next day one appeared. Ilana was always available if we needed her but wasn't intrusive in anyway. The villa is extremely well kept and very clean. The area around is peaceful and tranquil. There is ample hot water on tap. There are huge amounts of outside space to explore and loads of seating around the villa with areas of shade and full sun and beautiful views over the stunning scenery. The pool side area has a cold shower and there are other indoor showers accessible from the outside with running hot water which was very useful for after sunbathing without having to pass through the house first. There is a BBQ at the front of the house with a covered area to sit and we had a couple of BBQs in the evening. We went in August and it was about 27C outside at 9pm so it was fine to sit outside without feeling cold. The villa is out of the way and you will need a car to stay here. We spent a lot of time in Cava de Tirreni with its restaurants and bars. There are loads to choose from and the children liked the large pizzas (would serve 4 easily) we had at a cheap place called Pedro’s. The villa is a great place to stay if you want to go to Pompeii, Herculaneum and Vesuvius as they are easy to get to along the main toll road and the charge is only 2 euros. The Amalfi drive along the coast is something I would recommend as the views are stunning. We found parking difficult in a lot of areas but in Cava de Tirreni there are lots of places to park. The villa had a family of cats that lived in the grounds which were very friendly and kept the kids occupied. The owner feeds them so they are well looked after. We love cats and this wasn’t an issue for us but if you are not a cat lover then you may find this a problem especially when eating outdoors. I really can't thank Ilana enough for the services she provided. I definitely recommend you stay here. It was fabulous.

Superbe maison de vacances pour visiter la côte Amalfitaine et les sites antiques

La maison est idéalement située, au calme, avec une magnifique vue sur Cava de Tirreni et la mer par temps clair. La piscine est très agréable et la maison est propre et très bien équipée: lave linge, lave vaisselle, TV, Wifi, 2 salles de bain + 2 douches spécifiques pour la piscine. Seul bémol, le couchage avec seulement 1 lit double dans une chambre séparée et 1 autre lit double situé dans une grande pièce dans laquelle se trouvent 3 canapés lits moins confortables. Le 3è canapé lit se situe dans la cuisine/salon.

Secluded spot in an amazing location

We stayed here for nine days at the beginning of July and really enjoyed everything the property has to offer and the location. The house is in excellent condition and standard. Well appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The garden has lots of different areas to enjoy at different times of the day which are all secluded. The swimming pool is an amazing place to relax after exploring the surrounding areas. Ping pong a must! We enjoyed the town and found it surprisingly well catered for everything and few tourists!! Amalfi coast is easily accessible as are other attractions such as Pompeii. About 50 minutes from Naples Airport. We found this to be a great location for everything that we wanted to do. The owner is extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resident cats are adorable and made the house feel extra special and homely. We'll be going back.
