Elegant double room with a private bathroom, located in a shared apartment with two other rooms and a shared kitchen, in the heart of Salerno. Located just 50 meters from the bus stop and a 15-minute walk from the train station, the building is a mere 3-minute walk from the waterfront and the Solarium Santa Teresa, where you can stroll and enjoy a wonderful view of the Gulf of Salerno. For larger groups, the Amalfi and Arechi rooms are available, accommodating a total of 7 guests.



The room, approximately 15 square meters, is located on the third floor of a building equipped with an elevator (please note there is 1 step to access it).

It features two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, a closet, and a private en suite bathroom equipped with a toilet, bidet, and shower. The room is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need for your stay: central heating, a fan, a hair dryer, and UNLIMITED Wi-Fi.



The following facilities are shared with other guests at the property:

- Kitchen with dining table, refrigerator, freezer, moka pot, kettle, toaster, and conventional oven

- Clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Salerno Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



For check-ins between 8:00 PM and midnight, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 10:00 PM to midnight.

Check-in is not possible after 12:00 a.m., even for a fee.

All late check-ins must be arranged and approved by the host.

The apartment is located right in the heart of Salerno, a short distance from the Verdi Theater and the Villa Comunale, the city’s main park, which hosts various events throughout the year, such as the traditional Mostra di Minerva in April and the renowned Luci d’Artista event during the Christmas season. In Salerno’s historic center, you’ll be captivated by the charm of the quaint alleyways that bear witness to a past rich in history! The area is full of churches and monuments, as well as an endless selection of all kinds of venues, restaurants, bars, and pizzerias. In less than a 5-minute walk, you can reach the beautiful waterfront and Santa Teresa Beach, where you can admire an enchanting view and take a stroll while enjoying an ice cream, go for a run, or rent a bike. A 3-minute walk will take you to Piazza Alfano I, where you can visit Salerno Cathedral, the city’s main Catholic place of worship.

Walking along one of Salerno’s main shopping streets, Via dei Mercanti—a charming, historic street that runs through the entire old town—you’ll reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a 17th-century noble residence that once belonged to one of Salerno’s most prominent families.

Finally, among the main points of interest to visit during your stay, the Arechi Castle is an absolute must-see. The view that unfolds before you once you reach the top of the castle is sublime: a unique panorama overlooking the Gulf of Salerno, stretching from the tip of the Amalfi Coast all the way to Agropoli, and one that will leave you breathless!

- From Naples Airport: Take the Alibus line to easily reach Napoli Centrale Station, where you can catch a train (high-speed, Intercity, or regional) to Salerno Station; from there, take bus line 006 to the Roma Provincia terminal, which is 130 meters from the accommodation.



- From Salerno Station: about a 15-minute walk, or take bus line 006 to the Roma Provincia terminal, which is 150 meters from the accommodation.
