Majatalot – Salida

”The motel was little bit rundown. We almost run out of toilet paper as they only provided 1 roll. The manager said us a barbecue works, but the gas was out, and he was not willing to do anything for it (even though the gas station was 2 min walk away). Overall mediocre experience, but I guess that’s what you can expect for the price.”

”Strong bleach smell in the room. Otherwise everything was great!”

”All was good. Room nicely appointed and clean and next to river. View was lovely. If there is one minus it was a little noisy (in our room) at night with the HVAC system. And, on one day a delivery truck was parked on street below (and running because it was a food delivery) from very early in morning until we got out of bed. This room had the best view, but noisy. Other than that, we had a lovely experience in Salida.”

”This was a sweet place to stay! It was very well kept and I could tell the owner put a lot of thought into the amenities and guest set up. It reminded me of how I like to keep my own home. Everything thing from a French press to filters water! Thank you!”

”The breakfast was amazing and super kind, welcoming and hospitable people. We bought goat cheese for the road and it was outstanding! The location was very accessible and great views.”

”Great in town location.”

”We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!”
