”Very friendly staff, and always willing to help. Beautiful enviroment with pools, flowers and green everywhere. Beach short walking distance away and always beachchairs available. Many restaurants to choose from (for breakfast too).
Only problem was the non-existing soundproofing in the rooms. Although otherwise nice, the apartment was basicly a wooden box. You could hear everything from outside like walking and normal talking, but also from the room above you and beside you. And I mean...

Room 4 p. Nice room (suite)
Food 1 p. Very little choises, more like school cafeteria or office building restaurant. Open air restaurant had a lot of agressive birds as nets were full of holes. Need more "bird officers" = cats.
Drinks 2 p. Some nice drinks but very limited choise.
Service 2 p. Most of stuff young kids, need more supervision
Cleaning 2,5 p. Room AC filter was clogged with dust. Area full of fallen leaves

”The property is located in downtown Curacao within walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and entertainment. One of the amenities I wish the room would have is a microwave. Otherwise the room is pretty standard for an oceanfront and patio. It overlooks the ocean and shops across from the hotel. We can’t wait to return soon.”

”The staff was fine. Some people seemed very happy to help, most only communicated via nods. The best staff was at the cafe, they were always friendly.
We wish the pool was open a bit later, the bar is staffed but the area near the pool was empty most nights. The evenings on the resort were surprisingly quiet, there’s almost no nightlife.
The AC in our room was stuck at 20C, we asked many times to have it unlocked or at least turn it to 22C, but didn’t get it.
The restaurants were meh. Skip...

”Worst things first. Money was stolen from our room. I was too much on a holiday mood and accidentally left open the safe for one day. When we returned, there was money missing. Also you should no that the tidiness and the luxury is not as top notch as you would expect of the pictures. So some issues with the cleaning, little things like coffee mugs were somewhat rinsed under running water, not cleaned or changed. ”We booked a long-term stay for December 2025 through January 2026 for our wedding, honeymoon, and winter break. On December 30, 2025, housekeeping entered our cottage and left the door open. Our dog escaped during this time. We were not notified for approximately two hours. The property owner did not contact us directly or provide an incident report. Our dog, Pax, has been missing since that date. As of writing this review, it has been 34 days.
The property also had multiple maintenance issues...

”I give it a higher rating this year than last year because the property has improved and upgrades are being made .
Get to know the parking area well in advance because it's paid parking. With different hours of operation. If you don't find parking in the lot in front of the hotel , you can go to a parking garage around the corner or try the municipal parking lot after business hours. They will boot you !
Sometimes the hotel doesn't have coins for the parking meter, you can download flowBird...

”Muy lindo hotel en general. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y estaban muy bien mantenidas. El personal fue siempre muy amable y atento, y el hotel tiene un ambiente muy lindo y tranquilo para descansar.
Lo único que mejoraría es la comida. Para ser un all inclusive, nos pareció un poco floja y en general le faltaba sabor. Más allá de eso, tuvimos una muy buena estadía.
