”This was a fun, unique overnight site. The caboose was roomier than expected and very comfortable. It's design and decor were on point in keeping with a train line theme. Although quite compact, the kitchenette was well stocked. Our host had left gift cards for a breakfast site, car wash and access to the country club. The most memorable part, you ask? Well, the night we stayed a major thunderstorm came through with 80–100-mile winds. The train is located down 1/4-mile gravel lane - lined...

”We stayed in a room on the first floor for 4 nights. The room was just one away from the pool, so I don’t know if somehow that was causing the humidity…but our room was humid to the point the sheets felt damp. The bathroom had mold in the corners and the non-slip area was dirty in the handicap bathroom. There were dust bunnies in the corners of the room. And the hallway had not been vacuumed the entire time we were there despite it being visibly dirty with chunks of stuff. Would not stay here...

”Yes it was under remodel and that’s understandable. However, there were multiple bugs in the floor, especially the bathroom, the tv did not work and water was squishing up from under the new laminate floor. It was 12am when I had arrived I would’ve demanded a refund and left. Only redeemable thing was the night clerk changed me to a 1st floor room due to my leg injury. (Because no elevator)”

”I was disappointed to learn that the pool was closed during my stay. Additionally, housekeeping services were only provided every three days, which meant I frequently had to request fresh towels and washcloths. I also experienced a leak from the window whenever it rained. Another inconvenience was that there were no trash bags in the trash cans, which made it uncomfortable to dispose of trash directly into the bins. Overall, my stay was just okay, and I was expecting a better experience based on...
