Toki eivät ihan uusia, mutta remontoituja ja kohtalaisen siistejä. Uima-altaat ja hotellin palvelut suhteellisen lähellä. Eivät huoneistohotellin yhteydessä. Portaita paljon, mutta meitä ei ainakaan haitannut.

La tv no tenía canales en castellano estando en España , ni ningún tipo de información del hotel estaba en castellano. Y la información era engañosa había una botella de vino de cortesía y luego la cobraron cuando no estaba indicado precio en ningún sitio, la atención del personal nefasta y lo peor admiten mascotas, a la tarde 4 horas después del check in en el que no nos dijeron nada ,...

”Hotel is locared up in the mountain so don't expect the same weather as on the coast. Friendly service though staff bit lacking in English skills. Room was well cleaned. Breakfast was great with fresh orange juice etc. Some restaurants nearby as well as foodstore, very convenient. You should have a car if staying here. We had no problem finding parking.”
”På veg til Terror og Firgas var det naturlig med en overnatting på vegen. På Hotels.com fant vi dette i nærheten. Vi ble super overasket over hvor koselig dette hotellet var. Møtt av en hyggelig kar i resepsjonen som ønsket oss velkommen og leverte oss nøkkel samtidig som han viste oss veg til rommet. Rommet var stort med veldig høyt under taket. Gedigen terrasse. Ingen resturant på stedet, men drikke ordnet han på et blunk.

kaikki tarvittava kävelymatkan etäisyydellä. Bussipysäkki myös ostoskeskuksen edustalla mistä pääsee kätevästi esim. Puerto Ricoon/Moganiin päiväretkelle. Hieno merinäköala jopa 3 kerroksesta. Hyvä siivouspalvelu, siistit huoneet ja mukavat isot sängyt. Avulias mukava henkilökunta. Aamiaisbuffet ihan ok 10€/per henkilö. Viereinen ravintola hotellin kyljessä myös todella hyvä. Kokonaisuudessaan voin suositella! "
"Perinteinen ”tervetuloa saarelle” -hotellini. Erittäin kätevä sijainti San Telmon bussiaseman vieressä: lentokentältä tulee bussilla numero 60 hetkessä ja edullisesti kohteeseen.
Hotelli on kaikinpuolin mukava ja kodikas. Hotellin kahvila suorastaan viehättävä ja yläkerroksen ravintolan näkymät hyvät. "

"Staff at the hotel was seemingly unsmiling, unhappy and unfriendly. Polite, yes but still lack of customer service was clear. Felt like I was in eastern Europe 30 years back...
Breakfast was not what is expected from 4 star hotel, fruits were raw, eggs cold and even coffee from the machine was not hot enough. Everything was really average or below.
Double standard rooms bed was really comfortable and room spacious, good shower and minibar well equipped. Everything was really clean but it is obvious that renovation is needed at some point.
Pool area ok, towels were quite old and torn, that was not very convincing. Enough beds though. Staff (life saver) by the pool was only person at the hotel who seemed to enjoy customer service, he was helpful, smiling and chatty."

"Hyvä hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla. Aamupala erinomainen, vaihtelua joka aamu. Uima-altaan vesi mukavan lämmin,27 C. Altaalla olisi saanut olla enemmän aurinkotuoleja. Allasalue oli varjossa aamupäivän. Siivous oli pettymys. Siivoojat kyllä tervehtivät iloisesti, mutta siivosivat huoneen huonosti."
"Hyvä ja siisti hotelli lähellä rantaa, ystävällinen palvelu. Erittäin hyvä ja monipuolinen aamiainen. Ainoa miinus on rantakadulta vähän häiritsevästi kuuluva meteli myöhään illalla. "
