”We just returned from Plum Island and loved this house. There’s a great sandy area in the back which was great for kids, and the beach is just over the dune. Beautiful ocean views from both of upstairs balcony and covered porch downstairs. Clean, ACs are working. Walking distance to cute restaurants and convenience store. Lots to do in the area. ”We loved our stay at the Duval House. The place is tastefully appointed and we especially appreciated that the mattresses are very comfy. This is usually not always the case, our 50old bodies appreciated it. The only ever-so-slight pain was that we could hear someone tromping upstairs for some of the time but that minor thing didn't hinder our stay one bit. We'd definitely stay here again when we visit Gloucester next. ”

”You walk down the back steps and you’re on the sand, what more could you ask for? Well, this place offers more. It was clean, comfortable and had pretty much all your need when away from home – and it had grill, which gets extra points in my book. Plus, you’re just a few minutes’ walk from the arcades, shops and food. As advertised, the parking is tight, but we didn’t have an issue at all. Sean quickly responded to my questions. I’d definitely stay here again!”
