The accommodation is located on the ground floor and consists of a living room with kitchenette from which you can admire the view of the surrounding hills, a double bedroom, a bathroom.

Outside there is the common residential garden which leads to the private garage for 1 car. (2 flights of stairs-8 steps each). There is also paid public parking nearby. The area is very quiet and located on a secondary road.

The city center and the lakefront of Salò and all services can be reached by foot in just 2 minutes. The car is not necessary to move around.

The area is ideal for walking or mountain biking. Furthermore, you can visit the historic center of Salò and its lakefront.
You can also reach the picturesque villages of the lake with the pier (500 meters) or practice sports such as canoeing, sailing, windsurfing, sport fishing, diving, golf course just 10 km away, hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding centers .
