Villa Stilosa (300 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the lower level, there are three double bedrooms each with a double bed and ensuite bathrooms featuring showers.

On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open-plan design, consisting of a comfortable seating area (with sofas), a dining table and a well-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a double bedroom (with double bed) accompanied by an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower.

Stairs from the living room lead to a mezzanine floor featuring a double bed with a curtain for privacy. In the attic, there is another double bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190 cm) separated by a curtain rather than a door. These two bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a tub and handheld shower). Additionally, there is a guest bathroom (with toilet) available for common use.

On request, a cot for a child can be added and an extra single bed can be added in two of the bedrooms on the lower level.

Outside, nearly all the bedrooms have an area with tables and chairs and the garden surrounding the villa features a patio with a dining and lounge area. The swimming pool measures 14 x 3.6 metres, 1.4m deep. It is open from May to September and has a sunbathing area with sun loungers.
