”Staff were so good. From manager to all levels. Fulmani, Sunita and other 2 male at the reception who welcome me. Welcoming style was amazing too, to experience that welcoming style you need to visit this property.”

”This was my fith or sixth time staying in this hotel. Very comfortable but getting more and more expensive, especially restaurants. Pool was out of order without any prior notice which was not so nice suprise. Service is excellent and rooms are clean.”

”The hotel failed to take payment at check-in due to their error. When I noticed, I reached out on WhatsApp and offered to pay, but I was ignored. A month later, they suddenly contacted me and aggressively pursued payment. I paid right away, but they then went silent and still have not provided an invoice despite repeated requests. This was unprofessional and frustrating, and I would caution others about their billing and communication.”

”No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. ”

”Good value for money, nothing much in the neighborhood, but location is good if you have to go to Eco Park Exhibition Centre . But hotel is very difficult to find for Taxis, no identification outside, looks like private house.”
