Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This apartment is full of windows that make it a very sunny space, but on the corner of the building so there is still plenty of privacy! It is on the top floor and surrounded by big trees with views of the pond. Close to three major canyons making it minutes away from hiking, skiing, and the mountains. Come enjoy a quiet beauitful space!

Perfect location for access to the ski resorts. Close to restaurants and shops. Room was clean and spacious. We took advantage of the hot tub everyday after snowboarding. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment needs a serious deep cleaning. The microwave and stove were dirty with food, the place had a strong odor of curry and what smelled like wet dog. The bed in the main room creaks loudly with any movement that we got zero sleep in it. The wooden cabinets for the bathroom fall apart if you try to open them. Thankfully, we didn’t spend much time inside, otherwise, we would have had to switch places. It took multiple candles and leaving the windows open all day while we were out to air out the smell to be able to sleep at night. Host was responsive and communicated well and offered air fresheners next day if needed. However, issues were not something that could have been quickly remedied during our stay. If underlying issues were fixed, I’d actually consider staying again as location is very convenient and the apartment is spacious. Be aware it’s an apartment building and there seem to be children on nearby units that are loud and run around. I have 2 children myself but the running sounded like a stampede at night and can be a bit much if you’re trying to rest. My daughter cried when she showered because the hot water comes and goes and there is a limited amount of hot water available. The flooring cracks and squeaks so loud when you’re stepping in the tub that it echoes loudly and was very startling to her. I personally have never left a negative review and am not usually picky, but my family insisted I make others aware as they were very unhappy with their stay.

Photos look nice but apartment needs work, lights in kitchen are very dull (doesn’t seem like they’re actually on), dining room lights are two different bulb colors, mirrors are cracked, fire alarm missing in kitchen, carpet is ripped in areas. it’s a decent place to crash, but we did not spend a lot of time inside the VRBO

Good location

I liked the location of this property and it was decorated well. It was quiet at night. I did find a damaged vanity in one bathroom which I immediately messaged the host about. No comment was returned. Only one bathroom had sundries but luckily I packed some. There were handprints on glass and the carpets are stained. The throw rugs over the carpet are worn and curled which can be dangerous. It could be cleaner. The majority of the blinds were damaged as well which allowed quite a bit of light in at night. We did not spend much time here so it did not impact us greatly.

Good location could be nice

Good location and could be nice and comfy but wasn’t very clean. Thick dust on the walls, carpets super dirty and bathrooms could use a scrub. Other little things like trash cans not having liners, sheets were stained and hairs in the bed as well as the bathroom. These are the things that bring the conveniences of home and make the stay comfortable.

Discovery weekend in SLC

My teenage and tween daughters and I enjoyed our time in SLC. This cozy condo was a great crashing pad for our numerous adventures, offering us quiet and very comfortable bedrooms, quick access to so many sights, and a great pool and spa to refresh after being on the go.

Amazing Property and Host!

Christina was an amazing host who was very thoughtful and timely in all her communication both prior and during our stay. She made sure that we felt welcomed in her home and the surroundings. 10/10 would stay here again! Ski Vacation in Sandy

Christina's home was in a great location for our 2-week ski vacation. It was very comfortable and convenient to both Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons. Communication was great; Christina was very responsive. Her home is very clean, well-decorated, and included just about any pot, pan, utensil, and gadget you could think of. Plenty of room for the two of us and covered parking was great! We would definitely stay again.

Great location

I stayed at this place for 2 weeks with friends and family, what a great find! The apartment's location is really good, a lot of restaurants, shopping options around, and a short drive to both Big/Little Cottonwood canyons. Apartment itself is clean and has everything you need to be comfortable like you are at home. We cook pretty much every meal and the kitchen has pretty much anything that you need to do it. I do encourage the owner to add more serving plates/bowls to what is there already. And, be aware of where you park your car as we learned the hard way when we parked in the wrong spot and the car was towed. Overall, this is a wonderful place to stay, the host is very engaged and communicates well.
