  • Hiljattain päivitetty, tämä kaksitasoinen koti on loistava perusta Utah-pakopaikalle!

    Rentoudu olohuoneessa päivän jälkeen tutustumalla keskustan tai Utah erämaahan. Uusi tasainen Smart TV varustettu Direct TV: llä, mukaan lukien NFL-sunnuntain lippu. Käytä smart tv -vaihtoehtoa kirjautumalla Netflix- tai Hulu-tiliisi, jotta voit tavoittaa suosikkiesityksesi!

    Valmista kotitekoinen ateria remontoidussa keittiössä, jossa on uusia ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistettuja laitteita. Varustettu tärkeillä keittoastioilla ja astioilla. Nauti kotiruokailusta suuressa ruokapöydässä yhdessä!

    Toisessa tasossa on yhteinen asuintila, jossa on oma terassi pois elintilaa. Kaikki huoneet sijaitsevat kodin ylätasossa. Makuuhuoneessa tilava ja mukava parisänky. Kahdessa ylimääräisessä makuuhuoneessa on kaksi uutta queen-sänkyä.

    On remodeled kylpyhuone ja puoli kylpyhuone mukavasti mahtuu vieraita.

    Nauti molempien maailmojen parhaat puolet pysyttelemällä keskellä kaupunkia, mutta vain muutaman minuutin päässä Utahin kauniista luonnonpuistosta!

    Sijaitsee Salt Lake Cityn sydämessä, olet kävelyetäisyydellä tai lyhyt Uber ratsastaa kaupungin parhaat kaupat, ravintolat ja baarit! Tartu aamiaiseen Even Stevenin, kävelymatkan päässä kodista. Ease of check-in and out was very easy. The host staying in communication with me regularly and responded quickly when I had a question. The property was a cute older home that was close to things downtown.

Not clean, missing standard amenities like working TV remotes, luggage caddies bedside tables with ability to charge phones. Kitchen was very nice. Bathroom had a dead bug in the tub. Front yard is dead, full of dead branches - same for porches. Yucky couch

The kitchen was missing a can opener. Update listing if Keurig not available. Explain where dryer is so we dont have to reach out. Place was perfect! And very spacious. Location was awesome

Excellent location, comfortable house.

Really appreciated the ease in getting everywhere we needed to go from this beautiful house. Kitchen was well equipped and enjoyed the puzzles! ;)

Finishing a project in SLC, projects always slip on timeline, they were able to accomedate an extended stay. They are very responsive. The unit comes very clean, comfortable, and in an awesome location to SLC at a good price. Strong wifi.

The place is filthy, cob webs on the stairs and walls, branches all over the front porch and balconies were dirty as well and not cleaned before arrival. Towel holders fell off the wall, the furniture is old and heavily used and not all rooms have night stands, lamps, or convenient places to plug your things in making it feel like your were in a glorified frat house. No rooms had baggage caddies so you have to have your bag on the floor or the bed. You can’t watch the TVs because there are no batteries in the remotes and some rooms had no remotes. Parking was an absolute nightmare and you almost always have to park 1-2 blocks away on the street. You would be better served to stay at a hotel for less of the price and more amenities.

Fine property in SLC

Convenient location, clean beds and rooms. We only found street parking with a 2-hr restriction from 8am-6pm around the property, but that was less of an inconvenience than we thought. There were perishables left in the fridge and used soap bars in the bathroom, which I thought peculiar, but then again we don’t use VRBO type rentals often, so maybe it’s considered a courtesy? All in all, a fine place to stay at when visiting SLC.

It was well keep everything was clean everything was working properly the only down side there is hardly anywhere to park if you have multiple cars you may consider parking down the street or on the adjacent streets to the house everything else was amazing.

Lots of space!

Linens were super soft Updated bathroom was great Lots of space in home, very centrally located. Very few utensils and one kitchen towel for entire stay. Plenty of bath towels. Very clearly a home where cats lived longterm, the smell is very forward Great to have climate control on both floors No tv in primary and one other bedroom, 3rd bedroom had a tv.

Parking was a problem

We loved the property, the house was great, loved the wood floors. No cooking pans that we found. Parking was across the street or around the corner. We parked across the street and someone stole all 3 wiper blades from our vehicle. Not a big deal, they all needed replacing. The construction people down the block took most of the parking during the day. All that negative said, the house was wonderful.

We loved the old charm and history in this home. It was clean and a great location! Only street parking during the day for 2 hours at a time but no restrictions for parking overnight. Our kids loved watching the street from the balcony. Restaurants all around within walking distance. We would love to be back again.

Parking was a little tricky, but we used the car and were gone most of the day so it wasn't too much of an issue (there is only 2 hour parking on the street during the day, overnight parking available on the street if there is space.)

Parking seemed like it was going to be annoying, only two-hour parking available between 8am and 6pm, but it wasn’t so bad. However, It was Christmas and they didn’t seem to be enforcing it. Super close to lots of fun stuff. House had character and worked well for our family of 6. Nice and warm.

Had a great time. Location was prefect. Clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed.

Clean, centrally located. Suggestions-Need to trim the tree out front as hard to get in with bending over to avoid tree. Could use out side light on timer at front door.
