Luxurious Penthouse Downtown SLC perfect ski spot!

This stunning penthouse is nestled in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City. You will be vacationing what used to be a toy factory in the early days of Utah now renovated into a posh living space. This loft style condo comes complete with hardwood floors, original exposed brick, daylight windows, and elegant decor throughout. Perfect for ski trips and just a block from the convention center. We have fallen in love with this home and invite you to do the same.

The space
This luxurious home comfortably sleeps 15 guests. All mattresses including the sofa beds are top of the line memory foam to insure our guests' optimum comfort.

The penthouse includes two living room spaces with plenty of comfortable seating complete with access to two smart TVs logged into Netfix, Hulu, and HBO. Both living room spaces include sofabeds with memory foam mattresses for additional sleeping accomodations.

The kitchen comes fully equipt for all cooking needs including all appliances, coffee maker, china, utensils, mixing bowls, cooking sheets, pots & pans, mixer, blender, cooking utensils, and more.

Between the expandable kitchen table and breakfast bar guests can comfortably dine 16 people in the dining area.

The second living room space includes a kitionette complete with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster oven so that guests staying in the north wing have access to quick kitchen essentials.

Guests have access to two gated, parking spots.

Perfect for ski trips and just a block from the convention center.
