Come stay in our home with fun for all ages! Enjoy shooting Pool, Pop-A-Shot Basketball, Foosball Table, Skee-ball Machine, Nintendo 64, Xbox One and a large selection of board games. Kids love our toy room of action figures for imagination play! Watch a movie on the large screen tv or read a book by the gas fireplace. We even have workout equipment to stay fit while on vacay mode.

Situated in an industrial park, we are just minutes to Vivint Arena, Historic Temple Square, and the SLC Airport.

Pristine 3,800-square-foot home with 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths! All new furnishings create a relaxing atmosphere for your family and friends to enjoy.

Our home has everything you need: kitchen with all the cooking essentials, two dining tables with seating for everyone, multiple sitting areas, cozy gas fireplace and an outdoor gas grill.

Endless entertainment with each room themed! Large tvs in living rooms and master bedroom including a 30 inch tv and Nintendo 64 in upstairs bunk room. Disney+ is provided for all tvs and we have a huge collection of Nintendo 64 and Xbox One games for your choosing. This is a great place to have the entire family stay!

- WE ARE LOCATED DIRECTLY SOUTH OF A DOG BOARDING BUSINESS. At certain times of the day and night you can hear the dogs barking from inside of our home. To mitigate this noise during evening/sleep hours we have provided white noise sound machines in all of our bedrooms which significantly help as well as ear plugs if needed.
- We do not allow pets in our home, however our dog boarding neighbor will provide a discount should you need their services.
- Due to industrial area of the home we do have many businesses near us including auto salvage yards and an oil refinery.
- Security cameras are located on front porch, above garage door, west side of home, and inside garage for guest safety and protection of our home. NO cameras inside of home. PLEASE DO NOT TAMPER WITH OR UNPLUG THE CAMERAS AS THIS WILL RESULT IN $250 CHARGE.
- There are no main floor bedrooms or shower access, only the queen pullout and 1/2 bath.
- Portion of booking proceeds will be donated to the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation in memory of our daughter McKensie. We appreciate you staying here to help support the Foundation!

Think Twice

1 out of 5 starsI rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience at this property was deeply disappointing and far below the standards expected on Vrbo.From the moment we arrived, it was clear the home had not been properly cleaned or maintained. We were met with extensive cobwebs, including in the 30-foot ceilings, filthy rugs, visibly dirty dishes and utensils (yes, including knives in the block), and grime buildup on walls and doors. The master bathroom still showed signs of use from the previous guest, and the upstairs guest bedroom was also dirty. Towels were stained and smelled strongly of mildew, and bedding was carelessly stuffed into closets and tables…none of it appeared or smelled freshly laundered.We reached out to the host immediately. Rather than offering a solution through communication, he showed up to the property without our agreement and attempted to “clean” the ceilings with a pipe cleaner ultimately leaving even more dust and cobwebs on the floor. He stayed for about an hour, overshared personal details, and made no effort to take responsibility. Instead, he repeatedly blamed the cleaners for everything and his other jobs.  While he did offer to waive the cleaning fee, (which never came to pass) it fell far short of addressing the condition of the home or the discomfort we experienced. We ended up cutting our trip short just to get some relief.We left the home cleaner than when we arrived.

Great house for kids!

The kids loved all the games. We liked that it was within 10 minutes of downtown. We knew it was in an industrial area, but didn’t expect to drive down a sketchy alley to get to the house and the house was a little difficult to find. The pictures of the outside are outdated and the view of the mountains from the porch is minimal. We were glad there were crockpots in the kitchen. Having paper towels and toilet paper supplied was a bonus. The white noise machines were much appreciated as were the earplugs. The dogs were pretty vocal this week.

SLC Visit

The house was conveniently located near the city center. The property was well furnished with everything we needed available. It was very clean and well cared for. Brandon was very responsive to our questions and sent us very specific and helpful directions to the property. We had a great time!

Family get together

The place was amazing and if anything had to much to do. My 2 year old grandson and my 30 year old kids we always busy playing. Had contacted the manager about a problem and he responded and fixed it in a very timely manner.

Huge home with fun rooms

My sister and our daughters stayed here for a girls weekend. There are so many fun rooms and spaces in this home. Very kid and dog friendly. The home is a beautiful home in a strange location, but it didn't bother us. It is also next to a dog boarding business, but the owners took precautions to try and minimize any noise, which we appreciated. We didn't use the precautions as we love dogs, and occasional barking doesn't bother us.

Cheap and charming

Yes, the location is strange, but we loved it anyway. The home inside is wonderful, and we didn’t have any problems. The odd location made it much more affordable than places of similar size and quality.

Great house!!

This house was perfect for a big group of us in town for a convention! We had plenty of rooms and beds and space and bathrooms for everyone as well as a great gathering area! It was a little loud next to the dogs at times but the noise machines helped a ton, great idea!! It was close to the convention center and a quick and affordable Uber ride. We absolutely loved it and would book again!

Great spot for a visit to SLC

Recently stayed here with a few friends and our kids while visiting for March Madness. House was great and exactly as described. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of extra bedding etc. As mentioned in the ad, it is located beside a dog kennel which did mean some earlier morning barking from the "neighbors" there was ear plugs and white noise machines available that did help some. It is located in an industrial area so not much in walking distances but great distance from downtown. Felt perfectly safe while staying as well.

Beautiful home, amazing hosts

I booked a weekend snow trip here with my family/friends and they all enjoyed it. The location is pretty remote but the house was beautiful and fun nonetheless. It was perfect for our needs and only 50mins away from Brighton/Solitude. There were a few hiccups when we first arrived but the hosts, Brandon and Sarah, were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and very accommodating to our needs. Again, Brandon and Sarah, you guys were great to us and we are very thankful. Would definitely come back! -Matthew

Very Accommodating to Wedding Party

My fiancé (now husband) and I found this place for the out-of-town people in our wedding party. There were plenty of beds for everyone to sleep comfortably, and we really liked that the second floor balcony is open to the downstairs kitchen and living room! We had a great time here with our friends and would definitely recommend.
