Welcome to your perfect retreat! This newly remodeled 5-bedroom home is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and space. Whether you're here to unwind or get some work done, our home has everything you need:
• 2 King Beds and 3 Queen Beds, each designed for relaxation with plenty of storage space.
• 2.5 Bathrooms, offering ample privacy and room for everyone.
• A fully-equipped, modern kitchen with high-end appliances, perfect for cooking and dining together.
• A cozy living room to relax, unwind, or enjoy family time.
• For those working remotely, there’s a dedicated work table in a quiet corner, providing a productive space to get things done without distraction.
• Outside, enjoy the large, private fenced yard with a gazebo and comfortable outdoor Table and chairs—perfect for enjoying the fresh air, hosting gatherings, or simply relaxing in a peaceful environment.
• Located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood, this home offers a tranquil stay while being centrally located near all the city’s top attractions, dining, and shopping
• Whether you’re here for work or play, you’ll have easy access to everything.
• The fireplace is for decorative purposes only and is non-operational.
• During the winter months, our water heater is capable of accommodating 3 to 4 people taking showers simultaneously. However, please allow sufficient time for the water to reheat if your group exceeds this number.

House Rules
1. No Unregistered Guests
• Only registered guests are permitted on the property. No outside visitors or overnight guests without prior approval.
• A $50 fee per unregistered guest per night will apply if this rule is violated.
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM - 7 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels to respect our neighbors.
2. No Pets Allowed
• Our home is strictly pet-free due to severe allergies, including my own.
• If a pet is found on the premises, guests will be charged for up to $200 deep cleaning, $175 carpet cleaning, and any necessary repairs.
• We are committed to maintaining a safe, allergy-free environment for all guests—please be considerate.
3. No Smoking or Illegal Substances
• Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the house and garage.
• A $300 fine will be applied if we detect smoking or drug use indoors.
• Disabling or tampering with smoke detectors is a violation and will result in a $50 replacement fee per device.
4. No Parties or Large Gatherings
• Absolutely no parties, events, or loud gatherings are allowed on the property.
• Loud music is prohibited after quiet hours.
• A $1,000 fine will be charged for unauthorized parties. If disturbances occur, guests may be required to vacate immediately without a refund.
5. Late Check-Out Policy
• Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
• Late check-out without prior approval will result in a $25 fee per 30 minutes past check-out time.
• If a late check-out is needed, please request it in advance. Approval is based on availability and may include an additional charge.
6. Respect the Property & Report Any Damages
• If you accidentally break or damage something, please notify us immediately so we can arrange for repairs.
• Guests are responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.
7. Garage & Security Guidelines
• The garage door must remain closed when not in use to prevent theft or animals from entering. Guests may be liable for any damage or loss resulting from an open garage.
• Security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for guest safety and to enforce house rules. Tampering with or disabling cameras is prohibited and may result in removal from the property.
• We do not allow hidden cameras inside the home. Any guest found placing hidden cameras will be reported to authorities.
8. Grill Usage
• When using the outdoor grill, please move it near the picnic table, away from the house, to prevent fire hazards.
• Clean the grill after each use. If left dirty, an additional cleaning fee may be applied.
9. Food & Drink Restrictions
• No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Guests will be responsible for any stains or damages caused by spills.
10. Appliance & Home Maintenance
• If an appliance or household item stops working during your stay, please notify us immediately. We will do our best to arrange repairs within 24 hours or sooner for urgent issues.
11. Linens & Outdoor Use
• Do not take blankets, pillows, or linens outside. These items are for indoor use only.
• Guests will be charged a replacement fee for any damaged or missing linens.
