Welcome to our spacious 3-bedroom, extended-stay basement apartment. We are located just minutes from downtown SLC and the airport, yet tucked in a friendly and safe neighborhood. Less than 1 hour away from 8 major Ski Resorts. Guests will love the convenient location, friendly neighborhood, and the balance of city attractions and tranquility.



This is the lower half of a duplex, offering a cozy basement apartment with comfortable bedrooms and a fun ping-pong table. Whether you`re here for work or play, this space is your ideal Salt Lake City retreat.



Guests have their own private entrance and will be given a code upon arrival.



I respect the privacy of guests. However, I like to meet and get to know people whenever I get the chance. If you need anything I am usually nearby and can be reached through the app.



One of the things that I love about living here is that it is a quiet residential area (most neighbors are old couples or young families) yet minutes away from the city, entertainment and events. Grocery stores and restaurants are all nearby too.



The best way to get around would be by car. There is a bus stop nearby that can take you downtown but stops running around 10 pm.
