FULL HOME PRIVATE HOUSE! We're a short 15 minute drive from SLC International Airport, 10 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City, 10 minutes from Lagoon, and 10+ ski resorts within a 45 minute drive.

Perfect for lodging whether it's for a personal or business!

This listing features a basement and main floor, two sets of washers and dryers, and a full kitchen. We also have a theater for your use as well!
The space
You will have private access to the space through our backyard that you can access with a code. Once inside you will immediately walk into a big theater room. We have a projector, surround sound, comfy couches, and a big love sac to snuggle up on! Hooked up to the projector you will find a Apple TV to stream from your phone or laptop, and a Blue Ray Player. You'll also find a microwave, & mini fridge to use. All of this combined makes for one epic movie night!!

We have towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, & hair straightener available for use in the bathrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, the other two bedrooms have a queen bed and the other has a bunk bed and a futon.

The first bedroom downstiars has a bunk bed, couch (w/pull-out full bed), ROKU TV, and best of all a washer and dryer. We leave one or two tide pods & dyer sheets depending on the length of stay. Feel free to bring your own laundry detergent if you know you have a lot of laundries to do!

The second bedroom downstairs has a full bed, desk w/ rolling chair, chest of drawers, closet w/ hangers, iron, and ironing board. A ROKU flat screen TV. Extra blankets and pillows are in each room to keep you as comfortable as possible.
We have a queen bed that can be put out for bigger parties in our big room.

We charge extra per person per night for each guest after 4 people.
Guest access
You are welcome to park on the entire driveway, parking on the street is preferred. No parking on the street during the winter per the city code because of snow plows. I don't want you guys getting a ticket!

The cable is accessed through the Xfinity Stream Beta App on each Roku for each TV
