The Space:

A real treat awaits on the ground floor of this property in Saltburn-by-the sea. The luxury studio apartment sleeps two guests and has a definite stylish feel. What’s more, the location is perfect as the building is just moments from the sea.



The open plan bedroom, dining and kitchen area is furnished to the highest standard and it feels like home in no time at all. A wall-mounted widescreen TV and dining table with seating for two are both here. The kitchen shares this space, with modern cooking and cleaning appliances so you can enjoy self-catering independence during your stay in North Yorkshire.



The bed comes in the form of a double. There is storage space for your belongings here, so be sure to unpack your bags and really make yourselves at home.



The modern bathroom is complete with a bath and overhead shower. Unwind with a long, relaxing soak in the tub after a day of exploring the coast.



There’s another thing that’s worth mentioning and that’s the free parking! Grab a free space just outside the property or on the neighbouring streets – no permit required.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the full studio. The keys to the studio are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.



The studio is located on the ground floor of the building.



All guests must be over the age of 18.



Free on-street parking is available outside the property building and no permit is required.



The Neighborhood:

Studio Pod 1 is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.



Located in the heart of the town, the studio apartment is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.



Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!



Getting Around:

Studio Pod 1 is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.



Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Longbeck, Redcar, Middlesbrough and Darlington with connecting trains to Newcastle, York, Leeds, Manchester and London.



There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby. The Moorsbus route has drop offs at Newton Under Roseberry, Great Ayton, Stokesley and Helmsley.
