The apartment consists of a beautiful living and dining room with wine cellar, 4 air-conditioned and furnished suites, a kitchen with all the necessary items for your stay and an excellent balcony!

We take great care of the house in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay.

*We provide bed linen and towels for your stay with us;

**We do not charge electricity for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If you exceed this amount, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas are already included in the rate.

***All guests must send their documents for registration and release at the reception/property;

****A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. This must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirmation of the reservation and will be refunded within 7 business days after checkout (For New Year's Eve reservations, the deposit amount will be doubled).

*******We do not allow guest changes while the stay is in progress, even if the number of people remains within the permitted capacity of the property.

The rooms are arranged as follows:

Suite 1 (ground floor): Split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, 1 bunk bed (two people) with 1 pull-out bed, 1 single bed;

Suite 2 (superior): TV, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, 1 queen-size bed;

Suite 3 (superior): TV, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, 1 double bed;

Suite 4 (superior): TV, split-system air conditioning, blackout curtains, closets, 1 queen-size bed.

**The property is located on the second floor of the building.***

Guests will have full access to the accommodation's facilities, as well as to the condominium.
