The mid level features four bedrooms. There are two king master suites with private baths and TVs. There is also a queen bedroom with a TV that has a semi-private bath shared with the queen bedroom across the hall. Each bedroom has direct access to the shaded wrap-around deck and bubbly hot tub. The top level great room features beautiful views of the sound. Also on this level is another king master suite with private bath and TV. Step up to the ship's watch framed in windows on three sides to enjoy beautiful ocean to sound views. You'll love being able to surf indoors with the wireless high speed internet access. The ground level game room features a new Smart TV, new bar tables and stools, a new rug, new cue sticks, new Keurig coffee machine, plus fresh paint and updated décor. Ship’s Watch converted to a lounge with seating for four, a table, and a wine rack. Additional kitchen essentials like glassware, dishes, and utensils stocked.

Vacation Rental Protection Plan: This required non-refundable $95 plan covers accidental damage within the home with a coverage limit of $3,000. It does not cover theft or willful misconduct. You must notify Surf or Sound Realty of any damage that occurs during your occupancy or this coverage will be void. Coverage is effective at time of check-in and ends at time of check-out.
