”Disappointing Stay – Poor Cleanliness and Guest Experience We recently stayed at Ranch Motel in San Antonio, and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The retro concept is cute, but the condition of the property tells a different story. Our room felt so dirty that we weren’t comfortable walking barefoot. The shower floor was peeling, the walls were poorly maintained, and there was visible rust and deterioration throughout the property. There’s a difference between vintage charm and...

”Sin muchas opciones el desayuno”

”The worst hotel I’ve ever been in! It’s a family business hotel the lady at the front desk was SUPER disrespectful so I gave her the same attitude she gave me, THE ROOM SMELL LIKE MARIHUANA, The TV did NOT WORK, The walls were disgustingly stained, The couch Was stained as well what it looked like it was blood, and who knows what else, The Toilet plugged when we flushed it down, Everything was old, furniture was horrible. DEFINITELY save your money I’ve stayed once in a Motel 6 By emergency and...

”The services at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The personnel went above and beyond in being friendly and helpful, and I truly appreciated that. The employees spoke multiple languages, which was a significant help, and the wheelchair-accessible parking was a huge benefit. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and would advise others to do the same. ”

”The stay wasnt bad at all.”

”Muy limpia la propiedad y todo”

”Great location to Frost bank center and easy access also to downtown. Lots of food options in the neighborhood, plenty of parking and a very big (yes also super high up) and comfy bed. Walls were thin but luckily had well behaving neighbors so no problems there. This one did meet my expectations for the price and the reviews I had read. ”
