”It was an okay place. The carpet was dirty, the toilet didn't flush easily, the TV menu didn't work. It would of been nice to have complementary bottle waters with the coffee maker to make coffee. The breakfast was okay. I was expecting a nicer place for the 9.0 review through Expedia. Good thing we only needed a place to sleep for one night while driving through.”

”The check-in process went smoothly and the room and hotel were clean minus the weird smell in the elevator. The shower sucked!!! I absolutely hated it. I hope they weren’t all like that. The staff was helpful.”

”The bathroom in the hotel room was not what we expected. Privacy offered was less than desired with a curtain separating the bathroom from the room. Even someone in the toilet was heard. The temperature in the room could not be controlled easily and the lobby and the restaurants were freezing. The Starbucks was out of muffins and all lemonades at 9:30 am. The person at the register seemed to be very unhappy with her job. We couldn’t charge the bill to our room. The Sawgrass restaurant sat...

”The hotel smelled HORRIBLE despite air purifiers being everywhere. The pool was cloudy and had bandaids floating in it. The handicap lift for the pool was cracked and falling apart. Upon arrival, there were French fries on the floor. My daughter pulled the sheets back and there were spiders in the bed. The hotel staff was not helpful or very nice. They didn’t want to refund me. I contacted Expedia customer service and they quickly helped me and got my money back.”

”We went to the hotel quite late and checked he room. First we found quite a big black bug from the floor and when checking the beds we found bed bugs (adults) so whole hotel is probably filled with those. Room was allover very poorly cleaned and smelled disgusting. When we went to tell front dest about the bed bugs lady working there didn´t want to come to room by herself at all. After 15min she came to the room and confirmed that those were bed bugs. She tried to offer other room as well but...

”Soon as we pulled up to the property at 1:30 am we noticed a lot of people standing outside. One of those people walked up to the car to attempt a drug transaction not knowing who we were. There was noise and traffic throughout the night which made it impossible to sleep. Lastly the room had fleas”

”Too much confusion at check in… they might’ve been changing shifts at the front desk. No problem at check out. Bedding and towels were clean … My husband had breakfast …he said it was good. we would stay there again…”

”The room was fine, however, there was black mold in the bathroom on the shower walls, the exhaust fan was out of service. There were areas where there were repairs, no effort to blend it. (Wall patches etc.) I feel details of cleanliness were left out (grease splatter on the wall behind the stove top, marks and other things on the baseboards). Free of bedbugs but a mattress protector would be nice to have on each bed for cleanliness.”
