”When I checked in the staff member was very rude and dry. She didn’t want to answer my questions and told me just to look it up in the website. Website didn’t show breakfast hours. Took my daughter to the pool. There weren’t any towels. We went to front desk different staff told us she only had one. I asked for an additional room towel at least she said no she couldn’t do that. Very bad customer service. Will not recommend or stay there again!”

”This was by far one of the WORST hotels/motels I've ever been inside of. My transaction was never refunded and I didnt even stay, because of the infestation of roaches in each room they had attempted to put me in. Every time I'd open the door to a new room, roaches (dead and alive) would be the first thing you'd notice on the floors, walls, and shower curtains. Debris, trash, and dirt surrounding the entire floor. Absolutely unpresentable, extremely filthy, and horrific roach infestation that...

”We have stayed here before as we visit relatives in San Angelo twice a year. If you like artsy gardens, art festivals outside your door, artist shops, nice rooms, with good people to meet, or just walking around the garden, this is a this is the place for you. Everybody is very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and well stocked with snacks, coffee, or tea. This is not your typical Holiday Inn or Hilton. We left on a Sunday with no one renting our room that day, so there was no rush at all...

”This entire facility is tired, worn out, and in desperate need of renovation. The dishwasher in the room had an access panel laying on the floor and was obviously damaged from repeatedly trying to properly reattach it. The bath tub had an unsightly gouge in it. The walls and furniture were beat up and worn. The staff was pleasant and professional.”

”Inn of the Conchos was a decent, pleasant motel that served perfectly well for a couple of nights sleeping and a day of working! Personnel was very friendly and great! I'd recommend this as a suitable alternative to chain motels, no complaints! ”
