The River City Mall was within walking distance, perfect to shop or watch a movie. The best part was the parking across the street in City Parking Garage $10 per day instead of valet $60 per night. ”
”I had a great time at La Luz. The top side bar had great music with a good view of down town San Antonio. Love the security, but parking is a bit of a different taste. There's available parking but because it's near everywhere, you'll have to pay with an app. Overall, I would do it again with the great comfortable of La Luz.”
”Overall, I had a decent stay. The room was nice and the bathroom was beautiful — definitely a highlight. However, there were a few downsides. The bed was quite firm, and I woke up with some back discomfort. Also, food options for kids were pretty limited, which made dining a bit challenging for families.
The pool area had a great vibe, especially with the live DJ — I really enjoyed that touch! That said, the pool did get overcrowded at times. Adding more lounge chairs could really help with...
”Hotel built in 1909 but was updated and has 2 elevators and valet parking. Room was spacious and clean, breakfast options and coffee were great. Fantastic location, 1 min walk to The Alamo, 5 min to Riverwalk and all the restaurants and shops there.
