”The hotel from outside was simple but once you go inside the doors I was impressed how well maintained and clean it was. The rooms are large and immaculately clean. The area has everything you need to walk to , restaurants, cafes, sites. I felt very safe staying here. They open the front door and lock them when you need to leave. Very friendly staff. They even made us breakfast to go and coffee for our early morning flight.”

The positives-right in the heart of Old Town, nice rooftop view, clearly an older building with lots of history, breakfast included, the price can’t be beat
The negatives-I had a lot of luggage (just returned from dive trip in Galapagos), and had to haul it up 3 flights of stairs and it was a maze to get to, the shower did not drain and there were a few bugs in it, the bed was very hard
All in all, I can’t complain because it was very cheap. But I should know better as...
