With modern décor and a tropical touch, this accommodation combines style and comfort, being the perfect setting to unwind and relax in the sun.



This newly built accommodation has been designed in a contemporary style, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere.



It has a bedroom with a king-size bed, TV and a modern en-suite bathroom, equipped with a large shower and two bedrooms with two single beds each and a TV.



In total, it can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.



In addition, there is a bathroom with a shower and a living room-kitchen with a Smart TV with international channels, ideal for enjoying unlimited entertainment.



The fully equipped kitchen stands out with an avant-garde style, offering state-of-the-art appliances and all the tools necessary to prepare delicious meals, from a coffee machine to a dishwasher.



The outdoor spaces will surprise you!

Enjoy the heavenly climate on the spacious terrace, designed to give you a unique outdoor experience. Here you will find a private heated pool with several massage jets, 2 massage seats, bubbles and a countercurrent for swimming, surrounded by artificial grass, perfect for cooling off or sunbathing comfortably in a relaxed atmosphere. The terrace has 6 comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor dining area, a gas barbecue and an outdoor bathroom with a shower, as well as a solarium to enjoy the sunsets.



Every corner of Casa Joviano has been designed to create an environment that inspires calm and serenity. All rooms are air-conditioned and offer unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, so you will have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay.



A full weekly cleaning is included (for bookings of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.



A cot and highchair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years free of charge.



The heated pool service is offered at an extra cost of 40€/day, to be paid in cash on the day of arrival. Maximum temperature 26ºC. Please notify in advance to proceed with the start of the heating days before arrival.



THE USE OF SHISHAS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED IN THE PROPERTY, AS IS THE ENTRANCE OF PERSONS NOT PART OF THE RESERVATION

THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, THEREFORE, ANY ACTIVITY THAT MAY DISTURB OTHER NEIGHBORS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
