Living room - air conditioning, large comfortable sofa with pillows - when unfolded, 150 x 200 cm with sleeping capacity for two adults, comfortable armchair, small coffee table, TV cabinet, large 55' TV with smart TV (Netflix, etc.), TV cabinet, corner to work with a small desk and chair, with blackout curtains.

Balcony - with a fold-out table measuring 150 x 70 cm with three large chairs, where guests can comfortably eat breakfast, an outdoor carpet, a tool cabinet with, among others, a mop with a bucket, a broom with a dustpan, two folding chairs.
