Villa Salobre La Calma

Luxurious and modern holiday villa with large private pool and beautiful views of the golf course of Salobre and the sea. The golf resort is located in a prime location in the south of the islands, just a few minutes drive from the golden sandy beaches of Maspalomas. The resort also has a Sheraton hotel, a supermarket, a restaurant and a golf school.



Please be informed that there are houses under construction in the urbanisation Salobre Golf, so it is possible that noise may be produced by the works from time to time.



The house



The master bedroom is located on the upper floor and has a double bed, a private bathroom with shower and bath and a dressing room. On the other side of this level there is a double bedroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds, a dressing room and another bathroom with shower. All 3 bedrooms on this level have access to the balcony and large windows that offer great views of the ocean and golf course.



The ground floor has an additional bedroom with private shower room, which is suitable for wheelchair users, another bathroom with shower and the large living room with dining area and open kitchen. The well-equipped kitchen has in addition to the usual household appliances and a vinotheque. The villa is also equipped with air conditioning and safe. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, DVD players, music systems and iPod docking stations.



The outdoor area



From the spacious living area you step out onto the partially covered terrace. From here you can access the sauna and the fitness equipment as well as the dining area under the open sky. The beautiful garden with private pool (12 m x 4 m x 1.4 m), outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasol and barbecue invites you to linger. The pool has an integrated children's pool and can be heated for an extra fee per day up to 26 degrees.
