”3 main areas of concern.1 - the dishwasher is old and should be replaced.2 - the stovetop/oven is old and should be replaced.3 - toilet requires 2-3 flushes to achieve an effective flush. It’s also old, and should be replaced.In general, we had a nice time. But this unit needs some TLC to push it over the top.P.S. the outside deck could also use some TLC.”

”Who made sure everything runs smoothly and was very attentive replying in request. The apartment was clean very well. Set up in the location was golden right in front of the beach. Definitely staying there again.”

”Unit was very clean and well appointed with all the extras. The sofa was very uncomfortable. We couldn’t use the balcony as the slider door was broken. We would definitely rent again at this property but we would need a ground floor unit. The stairs were hard at our age. All in all a nice little place. ”

”Overall, we enjoyed our time here. The patio was always shaded and cool. I felt safe and the grounds were beautifully kept. Pool was clean. Unit was stocked with plenty of towels and kichen accessories, although i wish i could have found a single pen and regular scissors. Unfortunately, the shower wasnt super strong and pooled and didn't drain properly. The beach access led to heavy construction.
