”Though Favara itself was difficult to drive through due to the narrow streets, and at some points it seemed like we were lost, we eventually got to the Alba Palace Hotel and were able to park right in front of the entrance for free. We stayed here to see the Valley of the Temples, not a far drive from Favara. The hotel is very clean and modern. Helpful front desk and nice room. Balcony is tiny, only enough for one or two people to stand on. But the room and bathroom were great, nice and clean....

”Loved the villa type atmosphere with a very home-y staff. Very family oriented and unique. B, L & D meals were all prepared by a family of cooks (“the Mamas”) and truly fabulous tasting. Only spent 1 day there and wish we spent 2-3 days. A/C could have been colder as we were there during a 93F temps with very high humidity. But they have a pool in the back and a plunge pool in front. Great for a cigar outside at night. Would definitely go back and highly recommend this warm & friendly...

”We loved our stay at Casa Tita. It is in a great location, very quiet, comfortable and clean. Fabio & Alessandro are wonderful hosts! Very kind and helpful. ”We stayed at Villa La Lumia for six nights. At first we were afraid the stay would be too long but we were wrong. It was a pity to leave. Villa La Lumia is located in a beautiful place near Valley of the Temples. It was nice to have breakfast under an olive tree and look at the temples and the Mediterranean. The staff lived in the same yard and every morning there was fresh lemon juice from their own garden. Luigi and Piero were very helpful. We could not have asked for more.”
