”Do NOT stay here! The main woman at the desk always gave us the wrong information: we asked for recommendations to the best restaurant and she sent us to a mediocre one with poor food and no lake view! She sent us and another guest to the cable car in a uber on a day the website said it was Closed! due to wind. She couldn’t change any money and told us she could easily find a guide who spoke English for a 3hr lake tour but when he showed up he didn’t speak English and when we asked her again the...

What really made the difference was the staff; they have a way of making you feel right at home throughout your entire stay.
Pair that with a phenomenal breakfast, and you have the perfect getaway.

”Clean room. Great view. Nice facility. Note that the rooms do not have air conditioning. Yes, you can open the windows to cool the room at night, but the windows do not have screens. Hence, mosquitos come in. Rooms should have screens. Breakfast was OK, not stellar. ”

”The lodge is in a beautiful setting and staff were very helpful. It was a bit remote from the main part of Bariloche, and driving in and out through the security gate was a mess. We were stopped and questioned nearly every time we entered and exited, even though they had all of our documentation and face recognition data on hand. Their system needs a serious update.”

”The room had a beautiful view. When it rained, it rained inside the room. We had to put towels to disk the water. No AC, but it was cold so we did not need it. I recommend the hotel.”
