Villa 'San Casciano' with Village View and Private Pool

Villa San Casciano is set on a hill above San Casciano dei Bagni, a Tuscan village renowned for its thermal waters and wellness tradition. Built from local stone in 2022, the villa accommodates up to 6 guests in three bedrooms and three bathrooms, blending modern design with classic Tuscan scenery.



With 203 m² of space, you will find a spacious living room, two bright bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with a private balcony. Outside, the private stone pool with sun loungers and valley views is exclusively for your use from May to October. The private garden completes the outdoor areas.



You will enjoy air conditioning, heating in every room, Wi-Fi, TV, coffee machine, pool towels, and self check-in. Two on-site parking spaces make arrival easy. One pet is allowed (available for an extra fee).



Just steps from the village, shops, bars, and restaurants are within easy reach. The free thermal baths of Bagno Grande and nearby spas are only minutes away. The location between Val d’Orcia and Umbria offers unique experiences: local wine tastings, UNESCO landscapes of Pienza, and horseback riding at equestrian centers.



The pool is not heated or supervised. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Events are not allowed. Maximum 6 guests overnight. Day visitors permitted with prior notice.
