Surrounded by the rolling hills of the Val d'Orcia, Villa Vesta is a carefully restored 18th century farmhouse surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, just 2 km from the village of San Casciano dei Bagni. The property combines traditional architecture and local materials with contemporary comfort, offering a private environment surrounded by large gardens and woods.
The villa can accommodate up to 12 adults and 2 children in six double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. Spread over two floors, the interiors preserve the character of the original farmhouse through antique terracotta floors, aged oak and original architectural details. The ground floor includes a large dining room with an antique wooden table, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room. On this level there are four double bedrooms, two of which have independent access from the garden, as well as a bedroom with two single beds suitable for children. Upstairs, a large living room opens onto a covered terrace overlooking the garden and pool, along with two other double bedrooms. All rooms have a private or dedicated bathroom.
Outside, Villa Vesta is surrounded by a fenced garden of 20,000 square meters and six hectares of private forest. Several relaxation areas are distributed within the property, including a pergola covered with wisteria for outdoor meals, a shaded lounge area overlooking the pool and additional spaces dedicated to conviviality. The infinity pool is completely fenced and has sun loungers, a shaded area and spaces dedicated to children.
A separate building on the property houses a restaurant reserved for villa guests, where it is possible to organize private dinners, cooking classes and gastronomic experiences. An additional cottage with a wood oven can be used as a space dedicated to relaxation or smart working and, on request, can also offer additional accommodation.
Villa Vesta is also available for private celebrations and intimate events, offering the exclusive use of the property in a private setting in the Tuscan countryside.
Services and information:
Welcome dinner included, prepared by a private chef with local ingredients.
Daily cleaning service: 2 hours a day.
Air conditioning included up to a maximum consumption of €300 per week.
Welcome pack with basic groceries, coffee capsules and water.
Change of towels on Wednesday and Saturday; change of bed linen on Saturday.
Pool towels available for guests.
Laundry facilities are available to guests with a washing machine, dryer and iron.
Children's equipment: crib, high chair and games.
Tourist tax included.
Security deposit: €750 in cash upon arrival.
Heating on request: €100 per night from November to March; €80 per night in the remaining months.
Pets allowed on request: supplement of €100 for final cleaning.
