”Great little property at the back of the house so quiet in a busy neighborhood. Sophia was great to deal with. Easy code access to the door and garage. Garage was a life send since street parking can fill up. Beds were comfortable and fully stocked modern kitchen. Beach just a short walk. They provided beach chairs etc. but we had brought our own. Would stay again ”

”I enjoyed my week at this beautiful little beach cottage. The views from the back decks and kitchen are stunning. It is a short walk from the beach (though a steep one, so be prepared) and an easy drive to Dana Point and Laguna Beach. The house was well appointed with linens and beach supplies. There is no AC, which was only noticeable during the evening when the bedrooms are in direct sun. Fortunately, the evening were cool and there were plenty of fans to sleep. All in all a great home...

Between the grill with propane ready to go and the modern appliances and the well equipped kitchen,dining in was east and fun. Comfy beds, laundry access, and AC unit were great. John was a very communicative and generous hist - great experience!”

”This was a super cute house that was perfect for our family's short visit. It was clean, and the pictures of the property were very accurate - definitely a cottage! Location was walkable to shops and the ferry. There was a thoughtful welcome note and amenity, which was a nice touch! There was a lot of construction on the island, so it was noisy... not the owner's fault. Bring a sound machine, because it's a busy island!”

”This home was very beautiful and met the needs of our family who flew into the area for a family memorial service, Frustrations with no remote for main tv, continual problem with lock on master bedroom, old dog poop in yard, very loud birthday party next door until 1 am Sat. night were some problems that detracted from our overall stay in this home. Host was communicative, and helpful most of the time. Overall we enjoyed our time here. It just could have been better if someone had made sure...

”We arrived with instructions to retrieve the front door key from a lock box. We opened the lock box only to find it was empty. We called our host numerous times, emailed and texted. We never got a response. We tried to contact hotels.com with no success. We finally were able to speak to someone at The Evolve Team, which is the company that manages this vacation rental. After numerous calls back and forth they agreed to cancel our booking and begin the process for refunding our money in full. I...
