”The photos on Expedia do NOT reflect the reality of this place. We didn’t even stay there and probably won’t be reimbursed. It was horrible, run down , poorly working a/c, non working safe, far away from the port, the hot tub was empty and the plaster eroding, I can go on and on…there are far superior places for less money closer to town. I Seriously urge you, DO NOT be fooled by the photos and phony ( they HAVE to be phony) 9/10 ratings!! This place truly deserves 0/ 10. I feel cheated. Ended...

”What a spectacular stay we had in March 2026. Relaxing in your own pool after a long day exploring San Cristobal was a welcome treat. The place is spotless, the second bathroom is full. The taxi to the airport is ~5 minutes. I can't give a solid enough review for this place, and you should seriously consider booking it. You won't be disappointed. ”
