”I booked a Queen bed and I was given a room with 2 twin beds, and there was a giant cockroach in the room, the room has empty shampoo dispenser and even I already paid, it’s past check in and I still waited for the room key and I also waited for the towel. My first 4 reservations in the past were 5 stars and my last experience was a horrible disappointment! I hope the hosts value consistency of quality not alllow deterioration.”

”My Grandson and I were welcomed at Eco Friendly Galápagos. Unfortunately when we arrived, it was Oct 31,2026 during torrential rain due to El Nino. It rained mostly during our stay so we mostly stayed in our room between walks. The location is ok. 1km from beach. Breakfast was lovely. Hostess allowed us to use dryer. Purchased ferry tickets through host. Paid $50. Many places on Santa Cruz sell them for $30-35. Thank you for hosting us”

”A nice hostal for a good price. The location was great, everything was close by. The room had airconditinion and a very nice shower. The room was very small for two people. The owners were nice but they don’t speak english.”

”Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away. Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing.”

”Great spot, close to everything, staff was very helpful, beautiful view from up top”

”I had an absolutely terrifying stay here. First of all, half of the hotel is a construction site with all sorts of materials thrown about. But the real problem is the hotel owner. A friend who was staying g at a separate hotel came over and stayed past midnight. The next day I woke to the owner pounding on my door- it sounded like someone was trying to know the door down. I opened it and he told me I had to pay for another night because I brought a man there. When I tried to ask where does it...

”.”

”The apartment is big and was very clean. What we loved the most was the location. It was close to the pier and lots of restaurants. I recommend it.”
