Huoneistot – San Cristobal Island

”The room was very clean; staff treated us respectfully; breakfast was sufficient and great, and it was a family-friendly place. Everything was good.”

”Great place such a cute little village like”

”I had a terrible stay at the property. The property lost power while we were out to dinner. I got back to our room found out there is no power and called property manager but she did not pick up the phone. Only text me back via WhatsApp stated there is power outage and only a few houses got affected and she did not know when the power will be back up. I asked her for alternative plan but no response. It is not & humid, we cannot stay in the room. She did not even offer any apology for...

”Excelente hotel, deliciosa comida y muy buena atención, especialmente Angie de la administración, nos ayudo mucho y se aseguro de que estemos cómodos, muchas gracias.”

”Great spot, close to everything, staff was very helpful, beautiful view from up top”

”A nice hostal for a good price. The location was great, everything was close by. The room had airconditinion and a very nice shower. The room was very small for two people. The owners were nice but they don’t speak english.”

”We loved that place. Specially Nelly, the staff who told us everything we needed to know. She even made us sandwiches for our trip to next island.”

”Pros: Comfy beds, delicious breakfast, lovely rooftop and garden lounge space, snorkel equipment and bikes for rent, great location. There was no hot water in my shower when I first arrived, Angel came and fixed it right away. Cons: I was in the room right across from the kitchen and it can be a bit noisy as there isn't much sound proofing.”

”Beautiful hotel”

”I had an absolutely terrifying stay here. First of all, half of the hotel is a construction site with all sorts of materials thrown about. But the real problem is the hotel owner. A friend who was staying g at a separate hotel came over and stayed past midnight. The next day I woke to the owner pounding on my door- it sounded like someone was trying to know the door down. I opened it and he told me I had to pay for another night because I brought a man there. When I tried to ask where does it...

”I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. Clean, friendly, and comfortable don’t even begin to describe it. Easy walking distance to everything. You really can’t beat this place in San Cristobal. The staff really sets this place apart- when a cab I set up for myself didn’t show up to take me to the airport, the front desk staff dropped everything they were doing and ran out into the street to flag a cab down for me. I also forgot my AirPods and a portable charger in the room, I sent a...
