”It was a great location and we had a wonderful time. The room was clean and as described; a fun space to spend time, with a nice kitchenette. It was nice to have access to the nearby resort with a free shuttle and we enjoyed hanging out at the pools of the other resort! It just wasn't completely clear that the pools were at a different resort in the original listing, but it ended up being very nice. All the staff were very kind and attentive!”

”Home was very clean, but extremely small and the view isn’t direct. Our view was blocked by another onsite building. Not worth the price I’m afraid, but lovely location. Parking on the street”

”Really nice place and location. Rental is well done and kept very nice. Only negative to be aware of is that parking is shared with other units so parking in front of the rental is not always available.
But we never had too much trouble finding parking on the street nearby.”

”The location was perfect for me. Coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery store within 3 minute walk. Beach 1 minute walk. View and ocean sounds from bedroom and living room. It was secure and safe. The parking place made a great difference. I highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy San Diego and beach living.”

”We really enjoyed the location—it was amazing! It was so close to the beach and the Belmont area, which made it easy to walk everywhere without having to use our car.One thing that caught us by surprise was that we didn’t see anywhere in the listing that mentioned there was no air conditioning, so we weren’t expecting that. The listing does mention that the garage is small, but even with our small car, we weren’t able to fit it inside. Before our stay, I asked about a high chair after the host...

”We have an excellent experience. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Walking distance to Belmont and lots of little shops and restaurants. The host Eric was amazing. We saw him in passing as he was seeing to other units. He was so kind, he even bought some new boogie boards for the kids. We will definitely be back.”

”The property was perfect for our needs. Check in was simple, everything was clean, organized and easy to find in the house. The listing did not indicate that this is part of a four unit complex (on the ground level) but the neighbors were quiet and didn't disturb us. We never did find easy walking access to the beach, however there are several beaches within a short driving distance so we were still able to enjoy some ocean time. We really loved all of the beautiful trees and flowers in the...
