With its ample outdoor areas, close proximity to the beach, and comfortable accommodations for up to 12 guests, this home offers a truly unforgettable experience.
One of the highlights of this home is its large outside areas, which are perfect for socializing and soaking up the beautiful weather with friends and family!

If you're looking to spend some quality time outdoors with your loved ones, the outdoor fire place is the ideal gathering spot. Sit around the crackling fire, share stories, and create memories that will last a lifetime. The outdoor dining area under the enchanting market lights is also perfect for this. Fire up the grill and savor a delicious barbecue meal, then sink into the comfortable outdoor couch and continue the conversations under the starry sky.
After a day of adventure, return to the comfort of our Pacific Beach home and sink into the plush beds in the well-appointed bedrooms. Each room is designed with your comfort in mind, offering a peaceful haven to rest and rejuvenate. Multiple bathrooms ensure that everyone has their own space and convenience.
Guest Access:
Access to the entire house (just not the locked closet under the stairs), the parking area, the outdoor area, and the upstairs balcony.
The Neighborhood:
Located right next to the heart of PB, San Diego's best beach town, this home offers convenience and accessibility to all the attractions the area has to offer.
Pacific Beach is a relaxed neighborhood by the beach, popular with sunbathers, surfers, locals, and vacationers alike! Any beachgoer flocks to Pacific Beach. Trendy hotel bars and casual cafes line the boardwalk, while Mission Boulevard and the surrounding streets are dotted with clothing boutiques, yoga studios and casual drinking spots that draw a fun bar-hopping crowd. Just next door, Mission Beach has one of the last remaining wooden rollercoaster at Belmont Park, so be sure to check that out! Slightly more inland, the grassy slope of Kate Sessions Park has sweeping views of the city and San Diego Bay. Of course you're super close to Seaworld and if you prefer the zoo, just about a 10 minute drive to there. Downtown, the convention center, and Petco Park are about 15 minutes away.
Getting Around:
Pacific Beach is very walkable, but a car is recommended if you want to get to other parts of San Diego.
Other Things to Note:
For your safety, there is a ring doorbell camera at the front door and an outdoor camera by the parking area and outdoor area.
Pets are welcome with prior approval and additional $125 pet fee.
**No pets without prior written approval. If you're bringing a pet, you must follow airbnb's pet rules: dispose of all pet waste properly, never leave pet unattended in the home or backyard, and keep dogs leashed when walking them outside of the home.
Please note the following house rules that we have implemented to keep neighbors happy and abide by airbnb's "no party" rules:
1. No music outdoors
2. Loud conversations need to be kept INDOORS
3. If neighbors call with a noise complaint, you get one chance to resolve within 30 minutes. A 2nd call means your reservation will be cancelled without refund and your group will be required to leave.
Please Note: We have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old for all primary renters.
San Diego now requires all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
