PLEASE NOTE - The apartment is in the same building as two businesses- a restaurant and an office. You may here some noise from these spaces during their business hours. Each of the units in this building has a separate entrance, including this apartment.



PARKING - You will have one free parking spot right in front of the apartment. Please note that the parking lot is quite narrow and you cannot fit a vehicle larger than a small SUV. Any larger will block other cars from getting into the parking lot.
