The Space:

Welcome to your newly remodeled Pacific Beach studio — a bright, clean, and comfortable retreat designed for an easy San Diego stay. Whether you’re visiting for the beach, work, a weekend getaway, or an extended stay, this thoughtfully updated studio has everything you need in one cozy and functional space.



The unit features a comfortable queen bed, fresh linens, nightstands with reading lamps, a sitting area with a loveseat, a smart TV, and a small dining/work area that is perfect for enjoying a meal, catching up on emails, or planning your day around San Diego.



The kitchenette is equipped with essentials for a convenient stay, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, dishes, and basic kitchen supplies. It’s ideal for preparing light meals, morning coffee, or beach snacks before heading out.



The bathroom has been fully updated with a clean, modern feel and includes a shower, vanity, fresh towels, and starter toiletries.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there’s an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with!

This home is located on the quieter edge of Pacific Beach, offering a more relaxed, residential feel while still being close to everything the area is known for. It’s an ideal spot if you want easy access to the beach and local hotspots without the noise and congestion of the busiest streets.



A short drive or bike ride brings you to the sand, boardwalk, cafes, and restaurants Pacific Beach is famous for. Being slightly removed from the core of the neighborhood also makes getting in and out of Pacific Beach quick and convenient, with easy access to major roads and nearby areas like Mission Bay, La Jolla, and downtown San Diego.



You’ll enjoy calm surroundings, convenient parking, and the flexibility to explore the coast or the city with ease, then return to a peaceful place to unwind at the end of the day.

This property is professionally managed and cleaned to provide stellar service for all of our guests! Think of it as a hotel-like experience in a spacious furnished home! This home will be stocked with bath towels, a hairdryer and iron, and hotel-style shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you need anything additional during your stay, please feel free to reach out!
