We booked the Sheraton Hotel Marina tower with a king size bed on May 25 to May 27. We arrived at around 630pm to check in. We were told that there was no parking spaces and we had a dinner reservation somewhere so we decided to go dinner and come back later to check in. After dinner, we went to the Marina tower to check in at 930pm. There was no parking space so we just wait in the parking area for 30 mins for parking spaces. We finally got one and went inside to check in. The staff told us that the hotel was overbooked so they had to sent us to Bay tower and they told us that they upgraded our room to higher floor and King size bed in the Bay tower. They told us that we could move our car to Bay tower but we declined because we were afraid that we would not find another space so we took a shuttle to the Bay tower. We arrived at the Bay tower and went to our room and found that there were 2 full size bed instead of a King size bed. So we went downstairs to ask the staffs at the Bay tower. The staff told us that “well since you did not book directly through the website, we cannot guarantee you a king size bed.” However, we were told that we got a king size bed in Marina tower by the staffs over there. If the hotel cannot arrange what they promised, do not ever lie to your customers. Will never book Sheraton again.
