This NO PET unit has all new kitchen, bedrooms & air conditioning; is in central location & also a short distance from the airport (8 min Uber). With a walk score of 94 this is perfect for executives, business travelers, couples, adventurers, or small family.
The Space;
This is a newly modernized 2 bedroom suite that is uniquely open, spacious and functional. The renovation includes all new appliances, counter tops, backsplash, island, lighting and furnishings. It is a clean and functional space that provides a comfortable and pleasurable experience whether you are here for work, play or both. Please read the house rules before making a reservation to make sure you are happy with all our requirements especially for longer term bookings. For the safety of our other residents, PETS or other animals are not permitted in this small, gated community.
Guest access;
Guests have full access to the entire suite with its own front door. It is a private and quiet space suitable for work people or vacationing people. The laundry room is in the shared space beneath the property so guests are given a key for both the suite front door and the laundry room.
Other things to note;
This suite is on the 1st floor up from the courtyard (about 15 steps). We are also close to the airport so you may hear noise from the planes now and again - as is the whole of Little Italy; but we have quad pane doors & windows so you will sleep ok!
No smoking - means no smoking of ANY kind ANY where on the premises. This includes e-cigs, cigars, vaporizers, hookahs etc. No un-authorized extra guests. Discovery of either above you will forfeit the rent/deposit and be asked to leave the premises. If you see anyone with a PET, smoking or are being affected by someone with a PET (or other animal) or someone smoking on the premises, please let us know!
Lastly, because this is a small gated community, we have external cctv in the common courtyard area to provide assurance for the host property & safety of guests (& contractors) alike.
