”If you are looking for a comfortable, clean, lived in family home for your San Diego stay on a budget this is the home for you. Our family was in SD for a US Marine Corps family day/graduation ceremony at MCRD and this home was near shopping and easy access to freeways. Our party of 8 was very happy staying here. Kitchen, bedrooms, living room, BBQ grill were all utilized, however this home could use a refresh and a little TLC. Owner was very responsive to our questions. ”

The property was immaculate, well lighted, safe and centrally located. ”This was a perfect place for us! The hosts were flexible as our plans changed and we felt welcome to the home when we arrived. The location was great, so easy to get off and on the interstate. The home had everything we needed and plenty of room for all of us. Parking right outside the door, every evening (which in San Diego is not always guaranteed!). We will stay here again!”

”The Host is not the women in the photo. He doesnt even live out here. Hes in another country. Doesn't reply back. I asked to check in early and paid the extra fee. He never gave me access to check in. Ended up checking in at 5pm when i asked for and paid for a 1pm check in. He never refunded me my money back. Horrible host.”

The neighborhood behind this property is lovely to walk through. The cons- This run-down property basically overlooks a freeway on-ramp. The hot tub is in shambles with a shredded top. The kitchen faucet is falling off and has reversed hot/cold. The stove is missing nobs. All the windows are inoperable. The “AC” is a mobile unit in the living room...
