”I was surprised to see no reviews on this beautiful property. The photos accurately represent the space. It’s very clean, the grounds are well kept, everything is modern, and the quality of the bed was phenomenal. The neighborhood is quiet and the parking is plentiful. (Crazy, cause you’re 3 blocks from the beach and right on Newport Ave). There was a tiny bit of noise coming from upstairs, and maybe some laundry machine noise at some point, but overall very peaceful. The hosts is friendly and...

”Wonderful home and yard, especially for kids!Great location in neighborhood with a bit of a walk to the beach. Plentiful supply of household and kitchen items, as well as towels and linens. Also, beach toys and wagon.Stove could have been cleaner and photo online showed another bed in one of the bunk bed rooms that was not there are our only complaints.We would definitely stay here again.”

The home is very comfortable..we had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 5-16) and so we didn't want a sterile, showpiece house that we felt we couldn't be ourselves in. Cia and Charlie were excellent hosts, answered all our questions, and provided a lovely home. The many beautiful plants made it feel extra special.”

”The condo was well appointed with great amenities- we really appreciated the extra fans in each room, having an ice maker in the fridge, and the beach cart & umbrella! The only items that needed attention/maintenance were the 2 beach chairs and the 2 bicycles- other than that everything was perfect!”
