”We stayed here for four days, enjoyed it quite a bit. The unit is only minutes away from the beach by foot, and surrounded by many good restaurants and shops. It was nice to have a garage to keep our car safe as well.”

”We come to San Diego every summer and this has been our favorite house so far! Every room was so comfy and accommodating. Wish all of the rooms had TV’s but that’s nothing major. Washer and dryers are a must for a family of 10, having two sets was a life saver! We loved the location and will be returning next summer!”

”Had a great stay at this two story condo just a 5 minute walk to the beach. We had three adult couples, one bedroom per couple for a weekend and we were very comfortable with the space. The kitchen, dining and living areas were spacious as well, although it would be nice to have an additional seating around the TV (there was only one couch when we were there). ”Easy check in, everything about the unit was exactly as advertised. Parking in the garage is a bit tough because the alley is very narrow (don't have a large rental vehicle!) Location can't be beat - incredibly close to Mission Beach, Belmont Park, restaurants, etc.”

”Pet friendly and had everything we needed. Wonderful hosts and gave us directions to Pacific Beach for our pet walk. Boardwalk was great and Cass street has great coffee cafe. ”

”Easy, quick communication with the property manager. Getting to the house was easy. Getting in through the gate was a bit tight, so if you have bulky items it may be easier to check-in through the side door and then open the patio and bring larger items in that way. Overall the house was great - 4 stars for the amount of sand left in the shower and on the floor just outside the shower. BUT this place is right on the beach - so just know, there will be sand!
