”Moonrise Cottage is a perfect place to escape every day stress and chaos. The remote location is very quiet and worth the effort. Cottage itself has a an eclectic decorating style. It’s got everything you need. Heidi is a wonderful host. I had lots of questions about directions etc. to get there and she was very prompt in answering and very clear on how to get there. My wife and I plan to return to this oasis.”

”Overall, this is a great property with good proximity to the Pacific Beach area (far enough away from noisy bars if you prefer).The unit is smaller, but still cozy and well furnished. Fans and A/C come in handy for warmer days - as does the front deck and BBQ grill. Some of the appliances are a little outdated by modern standards, but they still function well when you need them.”

Having a dedicated parking spot was a big plus as street parking is at a premium in the area. Stephany was great to deal with - we had a couple of issues over the weekend and she responded right away.”

”This is a beautiful little beach cottage situated just 2 1/2 blocks from a lovely beach! It was easy to check in and the neighborhood was quiet with the exception of airplanes which we easily drown out by leaving the bathroom fan on! We visited the zoo, Balboa Park museums, Point Loma Tide Pools , Cabrillo National Monument, and of course, the beach! My only complaint is that our stay was too short!”
