”The house was perfect for our group of ten. 2 min walk to the beach. Bedroom descriptions are off...should be 1 king in master upstairs, 1 queen upstairs, 1 queen downstairs with a twin, and 4th bedroom has 3 twins. It was still perfect for us. Tub in master bath does not work, hot water handle is disconnected. Back yard is like a jungle oasis...gorgeous. Light switches are difficult to navigate. Very good pots and pans. Even with the small quirks, the home was perfect for us.”

”This is a great beach house for friends and family! We had 5 adult family members and we enjoyed all the comforts of home with being right on the ocean. It was fun to be just steps from the beach to take walks to the shops and restaurants in PB or just stay and play. The unit had a lot of space and good separation of space so people could be in different rooms and not on top of each other. This was helpful because we had a few people that needed to work and run undisturbed video conference...

”The VRBO was as cute and clean as advertised. The owner was quick to respond to an issue we had. We were in San Diego to see family and could prepare a couple of meals in the fully stocked kitchen. We felt safe in the neighborhood The only negative was the busy 4 lane street in front. However, it tells you that in the information and we knew it was a busy street. I would highly recommend Sand Dollar Villa and would stay there again.”
