”Let me start with the positives. The back yard was awesome and had space for our large group of kids (6 young kids) to run around. The beds were also all extremely comfortable. There were plenty of tables/seating space for our group (4 families). There was an awesome neighborhood park nearby as well and it was not a far drive from La Jolla beach which was great. Some cons: the towels were tiny and there weren’t many. There were no spare bed sheets anywhere. The amenities listed weren’t accurate....

”We booked six nights for two adults and three children. The pool was fine. The home itself is worn down. The tile in the house is broken, unlevel, and a tripping hazard. The kitchen needs to be refreshed and out of date food items thrown out and new kitchen pans and cooking utensils purchased. Towels are all old and mismatched. The dining table chairs are rickety and there is not enough seating for five people to eat at the dining table. The place is advertised as sleeping five but there is one...

”We really enjoyed our stay in this super cute little inn. It was super cozy, smartly organized, and offered a lot in a small footprint! Our kids loved the loft, and there was even lighting and a fan provided up there to make it more useable. Our host was very quick to reply if we needed anything and checked to see if we needed anything at least once. I was surprised by a few things that, if different, would have made our stay even better:(1) there is no grass and the property is on a steep hill....

”The property was awesome. Close to all. Host was awesome. I would like to suggest some things. Maybe do extra bug spraying I got bit up. But I get that And the mattress is very hard terrible sleep need to be bigger. And softer . And also why no tv in bedroom I love having tv in my room and I really think others do also and I would love to have a tv in there. They do sell arms to move around and u don’t need to hang from wall. Thank u to a great host love your place”
