Villa Sofia can accommodate up to nine people and is situated in San Felice del Benaco, a short distance from the renowned Lake Garda. Surrounded by complete tranquillity, this villa offers the possibility to use three private outdoor parking spaces in case you travel with your own vehicle, a large patio (56 mq) with lake view and a vast private garden (2000 mq) with saltwater pool (12x5 meters). The house is equipped with every comfort and accessory necessary to make your stay on the lake unforgettable and is entirely on one floor. The large living area has a Smart TV (Netflix, Amazon prime video and Disney Plus are available to guests), as well as a wide selection of international (CNN, BBC etc.) and German (ARD, ZDF etc.) satellite channels, two double sofas, a double sofa bed and a dining table. Adjacent to this is the fully equipped, independent kitchen (use of the fireplace is prohibited) and the private bathroom with bathtub. Also on the same floor are the four bedrooms, two with double beds, one with double beds or two single beds and a single room. Two further private bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, are located adjacent to the bedrooms. The large private garden offers deckchairs and outdoor table, ideal for cool summer evenings.
