”We had nice 2 night stay at Palazzo San Niccolo. Hotel is located right in the center of village. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had welcoming drinks at the check in and reception boy took our luggage to our room. We had room at top floor. Room was clean and good size. Breakfast was good with fresh fruits.”

”Lovely place to stay in Radda! Wonderful and attentive service, nice rooms and a great atmosphere. Really enjoyed our visit here and our stay! ”

”Buen hotel. La persona de la recepción fue muy amable, hablaba español y me explicó muy bien los servicios del hotel. La cama estuvo muy cómoda y el desayuno excelente. Sin duda, regresaré.”

”Everything was lovely here except the bed! A really hard and squeaky spring mattress in our room made for rather stiff sleeping.”

”Upear maisemat ja ihana hotelli muutenkin. Meillä ihana huone myös jonka maisemat oli kuin taulut”

”Monica is a very gracious host. We very much enjoyed our stay. The village is also very quaint and within walking distance. We appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend staying here if you’re coming to the area.”

”El lugar es bellísimo y las atenciones en el lugar también. A pesar de ser una propiedad notoriamente antigua está muy bien conservada y no huele a humedad.”

”The accommodation is in a quiet area. Room is small, but comfortable and clean. Check in instructions were given as the front desk has limited hours. Finding the hotel entrance was a little confusing, but it is between the 2 buildings. The garage is around the back with a very narrow entrance for a vehicle. We opted to park outside. The breakfast was a great start to the morning and located in a seperate building. Good value for the price.”

”We booked this last - minute and were really impressed with the whole experience. The property and grounds are beautiful. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed and quiet. Beds were too firm for our liking, but it was easy to overlook as the entire stay was really great. Good options in the restaurant too. The block of hotel rooms is in a retirement resort, which I think is a wonderful idea! Very much enjoyed our stay. We had a car and parking was free.”

”Hieno, siisti ja mukavalla paikalla oleva hotelli. Henkilökunta oli asiantuntevia.”

”The room, bed, bathroom, breakfast, service - everything was perfect. The only small minus I have to give to the breakfast room - between 8:30 - 9:30 it was grouded and customers had to queue too long for coffee. The personnel was busy to clean up tables and my breakfast was twice cleaned away while I was queing coffee. What a waste.”

”I stayed at this hotel for one night during my visit to Italy with my friend. This hotel was excellent, 10/10! A special thank you goes to the lovely lady at the reception, Amina. She made plenty of calls to reserve a wine tasting experience and an opera show for us and gave us advice on how to get around town. The customer service at this hotel is exceptionally great! Thank you!”

”Merci à Michele pour son accueil et la qualité de son hébergement. Tout était parfait. Localisation parfaite pour les Crete Sienese et Val d’Orcia. Très recommandé pour les familles. Nous reviendrons au Pozzo avec grand plaisir.”

”Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Chianti area. One of the best breakfast we’ve ever had in Italy. The wine tasting experience was fun and we highly recommend it. The Osteria was great with excellent traditional food. All the staff were great. The pools were fab, although the further one was closed when we tried it. We’d gladly go back to visit again”
